The staff at this hotel made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and the main avenue.

From the moment I arrived, I was stunned by the luxurious amenities and exceptional service provided by this hotel. the friendly staff were attentive to all my needs, and the private facilities in the room were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the exclusive fitness center and spa, which were perfect for a relaxing and refreshing stay.

While the hotel itself was excellent, the location was a bit of a letdown. Although it was conveniently located near the airport and other attractions, the surrounding neighborhood was not very safe.

On my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy bed they provided in the room and the clean sheets that made me sleep like a baby. The location was also strategic as it was close to many shops and restaurants. Lastly, the free Wi-Fi connection definitely made my stay more enjoyable as I was able to browse and stay connected to my family even while away.

The hotel's air conditioning system was not working well and it was unbearable to sleep in such a hot room. The staff was also unhelpful in trying to fix the issue. In addition, the noise from the nearby street made it impossible to sleep soundly. The windows were not sound-proof and the noise during the night made it difficult to stay asleep.

The breakfast was satisfactory, offering enough variety for every guest to enjoy. the water supply was excellent, and we never encountered any issues with it. the location was decent, surrounded by many local shops and eateries, making it easy to explore the city.

The neighborhood around the hotel felt unsafe, and we were often uncomfortable walking around. the staff was not as friendly or helpful as we had hoped, and they seemed uninterested in helping us with anything.

Breakfast is delicious with many options. the new and clean facilities and good water supply make for a pleasant stay.
